Before you write

• Lead times: SOC kits and SlugMaster: 3–5 weeks. Other products: 4–6 weeks. Orders that include a press: 5–9 weeks.

• Shipping: FedEx, DHL or UPS. Shipping is free on orders of $300 and above. Orders under $300, such as punches, spares and accessories, pay a flat $50 shipping charge. Duties, import taxes and customs clearance charges are paid by the customer.

• Replacements: report damage or a manufacturing defect within 7 days of delivery, with photos or video.

• Order status: send your order number and we will tell you where it is in production.

• Custom diameters and grain weights: use the custom order request.
