    I, me and myself broke my boat tail punch...sad...., but GMI ensured through exeptional customer service that I get the correct punch again. If you take care of it, it will take care of your bullseye. These guys are real and human, no robots or fake sales people with sales pitches. They deliver quality through it all.

Before you order

Made to order

We make every GMI product after you order, and the lead time counts from the day your payment clears: SOC kits and SlugMaster 3–5 weeks, other tooling 4–6 weeks, and any order that includes a Freedom Press 5–9 weeks. Some parts are in stock and can ship sooner, so ask us on WhatsApp if you need yours quickly.

Shipping

FedEx, DHL or UPS. Shipping is free on orders of $300 and above. Orders under $300, such as punches, spares and accessories, pay a flat $50 shipping charge. Duties, import taxes and customs clearance charges are paid by the customer. Shipping & delivery.

Replacements

Because each product is made to order, we do not accept cancellations or refunds. Report shipping damage or a manufacturing defect within 7 days of delivery, with photos or video, and we replace it. Cancellations & returns.
