We only offer replacements for products with verifiable manufacturing defects.

How do I apply for a refund:

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances, as the kits are made to order and specifically tailor made for each customers specific requirement. We will send you a replacement if there is a problem with the order or if there is a manufacturing defect.​
