Freedom Press — Mark II
A production-grade swaging press, milled from solid tool steel and built to run for years.
The Freedom Press Mark II is built for shooters and small manufacturers who need consistent, repeatable slugs at volume. The toggle-action mechanism sits on a solid steel chassis and runs on hardened bushings and bearings with Japanese hardware throughout.
How it works. Insert a lead core directly into the die — the crown holds the punch on the same axis as the ram, so no guide is needed. One pull of the lever runs the full swaging stroke; the return stroke ejects the finished slug as the pin holder meets the depth stop. The whole cycle takes two to three seconds.
Build. Milled from a single block of tool steel. Hardened bushings and bearings. Japanese hardware. Designed to run maintenance-free for years.
Output. 8,000 to 15,000 slugs per week in practice. Forming and ejection happen in one continuous motion — no separate step.
Control. The adjustable, lockable punch holder sets slug length and weight. Adjust hollow-point depth through the pin holder. The closed-die design forms true boat tails.
Calibers. Accepts the full Freedom Series die range, .177 to .357 — change the die set, not the press.
